A set of Crumbl franchises in Louisiana approached us with a clear objective: to increase the number of fundraisers they host and streamline the process for potential partners to submit applications. They also wanted to boost awareness for their new store opening. The primary challenge was to Crumbl Louisiana needed a solution that would make it easier for organizations to apply for fundraising partnerships and for their team to manage these applications effectively. Additionally, they sought to create buzz around the opening of a second store, ensuring strong community engagement from the outset.

Our Approach

We began by developing a comprehensive website specifically designed to handle fundraising inquiries. Central to this website was a detailed fundraiser partner application form, which asked for essential information like tax-exempt status and desired fundraiser dates. This form was designed to pre-qualify leads, ensuring that only serious and capable partners would apply.

To drive traffic to this form, we created and distributed flyers within their stores, featuring a QR code that linked directly to the application form. This approach made it easy for potential partners to take the first step toward collaboration while they were already engaged with the brand.

However, as the fundraiser website gained traction, it began attracting national attention, with inquiries coming in from far beyond Louisiana. While this wasn’t the original goal, we quickly adapted by selling these out-of-state leads to Crumbl stores in those respective regions, turning a potential challenge into a profitable opportunity.

To manage the influx of leads, we implemented automations using the Ghost Zero app. These automations sorted inquiries based on location and the stage of the fundraising process, streamlining communication and ensuring that no opportunity was missed. Additionally, we designed yard signs with QR codes for placement around the city, further promoting local fundraisers and driving more traffic to the application form.

As Crumbl Louisiana prepared to open a second store, we launched a targeted display ad campaign in the local area, beginning two weeks before the opening. This campaign generated significant attention, achieving 1.06 million impressions in just 25 days, effectively raising awareness about the new store.

The Results

The results of our efforts were impressive. Over a five-month period, the website generated 243 highly qualified leads through the partner application form, 20 leads via the web chat widget, and 67 through the contact form, totaling 330 leads. Each successful fundraiser brought in an average of $2,500, and we sold the out-of-state leads for $100 each, adding another revenue stream for the business.
